In accordance with this law, it is necessary to have in mind the following information:

1. After the conclusion of the contract, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days for any reason and with no justification. This article does not apply to products that are made by the special requirements of the buyers.

2. In order to obtain this right, the buyer must send a Statement of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from the day on which they acquired physical possession of the goods. The seller shall notify the buyer upon the arrival of this statement.

3. In the event that the buyer wishes to withdraw from the contract, the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. The buyer is obliged to send back the goods in the original package, accompanied by the correspondent invoice, as well as the Statement of withdrawal from the contract.

4. Nuelis shall not bear the costs of returning goods, unless it is determined that the product was incorrect or faulty.

5. We will conduct an examination upon the returning of the product and the complaint will not be accepted in case it is found that the product was used by the customer.

6. After it is determined that the complaint is justified and in accordance with the rules and regulations, Nuelis is obliged to reimburse the paid amount to the buyer within the 30 days.
